At Mermaid Hunter all merchandise is checked and rechecked for quality assurance before shipping. Money Back Returns are not permitted due to the low initial costs. Service time & return shipping costs would turn the sale into a negative profit transaction.
Exchanges of equal value are acceptable ONLY IF you return original merchandise in good condition AND include a self addressed pre-paid shipping label.
