What this picture shows... I have two scooters and no car... and there is plenty
of private parking in front of the home... What it doesn't show is that I have
great neighbors... people who are kind, considerate and quiet... and will help
you to
in time of trouble.

When you enter the front gate... you can reach your space three ways... thru the
front door, a left turn or a right turn (showing). This will lead you to your
own private entrance way.

The walkway is narrow but unobstructed... see the stairs way ahead... they are
your private entrance. Let's walk down.

Before reaching your staircase you will pass the laundry center... with a brand
new washer and dryer. Let's stop here and go back now and enter from the front
door.

After walking thru the front gate this is the front door... I usually decorate
the red table according to the current season or holiday.

Upon immediately entering the home is My Space... which I don't want to show.
Your space lies behind the sliding doors.

Beyond the doors is a new kitchen... and I do mean new... the wood flooring is
new as well as the carpet.

The sink, wood cabinetry, tile countertop, and all the appliances are brand new
in 2008.

Looking left is where the kitchen table was... I cut it up to make the movable
island bar that's shown. Let's walk ahead and look back on this space.

This space is yours... I can replace the kitchen table/chairs or you can make
this space into an office/computer center... Whatever you want is fine with
me...

Shown is a large microwave and a professional electric oven... Under them is
storage space for you.

Added Value - Before leaving the kitchen and going
into the bedroom... a Very Important Extra must be mentioned... I love to cook!
I am a great cook! ... and I love to share my meals... this means you can expect
several good, free meals a week... One of many extras you'll find in this
property.
OK, walking past the kitchen we see light to the right... that is from
your private entrance/door we noted before.

The bedroom measures 9x13... the color scheme is a beige/cream. All new carpet,
walls were re-plastered and all four corners have new electric outlets. Let's go
to the corner shown and look back.

Your private entrance has a wonderful full-screen door fitting to allow the sun
and breeze in, but bugs out... pictured is the air-conditioning unit and by the
fire extinguisher is the phone jack. If we walk to our left and look around...

Your private bath... let's look inside.

As everything else... all is brand new - vanity, carpet, toilet, walls and
paint.... Going in and looking back.

lots of storage space for clothes/shoes and stuff.

Opening up your sliding bedroom doors is an entrance/stairway to the community
TV/Music room...

As you exit your bedroom onto the stairway this is what you will see looking
left... Added value - I buy many monthly magazines
for this room... meaning you don't have to... you'll find out
why soon. OK, let's walk down the 3 step stairway and turn around...

The stairway you just left is on the right... see it?.... Now look beyond the
stairway... see the white accordion type door... that leads to yet another
bathroom... more on that soon.... Added Value - look left...yummm

room filled with snackable goodies

OK, remember that accordion door... well, if you go thru it and turn right you
will see another bathroom... with a shower (not shown) Walk up to the "throne"
and look back...

The space you see beyond is a model's wardrobe room and space for my photo props
and jewelry... OK, let's leave here and go into the community TV/Music room
again.

I'm showing this photo again just for reference... you have left the bathroom
and now will see what is to the left of the wicker furniture.

This is an outdoor type apartment for family and friends. It can be heated or
air-conditioned when needed. See the black Futon? It pulls out and used as a
bed. Let's walk past the futon.

friends at a modest charge...

This is a fully stocked second kitchen.... Go forward an look back.

Again, all brand new. Butane burner, Toaster/Oven, Microwave, Toaster,
Griller/Panini, Coffeemakers. Now let's walk past the kitchen.

The pantry. The Fridge and Freezer are always stocked.

Let's exit this Florida Room from the door on the left...

A walkway to the waterfront deck... on the left is storage for my lighting
systems.
If you walk ahead and look to the right... you will see...

The infamous Mermaid Tank... this 7 ft deep water tank is where I first
test/audition models to see if they are Waterbabies or not. It has 3 huge
underwater windows to film and watch the action...

Looking a little to the left and you will see this -

This is Cow Key Channel... a ribbon of water that connects the Atlantic Ocean to
the left and the Gulf of Mexico on the right. This view faces due West... so the
Sunsets are spectacular!!!!! That column of wood in the center is one of the
crossbeams of the old Atlantic Shores Pier... as is many of the wood planks... I
salvaged them after Hurricane Wilma.... (if this wood could talk, lol)
Anyway, if you ever wanted a space to host a party (for friends/business) this
is it! And it is beautifully lighted at night!

OK... coming back to daytime and looking to the left is "The Lagoon". This is a
huge hot tub that is 2 feet deep... it also has a controllable waterfall and it
is lighted wonderfully for nighttime romance under the stars... If you want to

This is Key West Living at its Best !!!

Another view of the dock looking south... straight ahead in the distance is
where the old Houseboat Row use to be... But more important is the dark area in
the water just in front of the Mermaid Hunter boat... See it?... that is Chicken
Bone Reef... a natural formation of underwater rocks and such that is home to
lobster, fish, crabs and just about anything else that lives in the ocean. In
other words... you have your own private saltwater reef to explore anytime you

OK, let's go back to the front gate... and now let's go left...
I must mention that I am very proud of my home and work very hard to maintain it
in showcase condition... you will be proud to live here as well.

This outside walkway is yet another way to reach your space.

Added Value: This is a big deal... After two months
of living here I will donate the space between the white rope on the left ...
all the way to the hanging garden hose to you.... This space will be YOURS to do
with whatever you please... a flower garden - done... a vegetable garden -
done... outdoor storage space - done.
